The Cobb is the iconic landmark of Lyme Regis; just think Meryl Streep in the French Luitenant's Woman

Getting a shot without people means getting up early - which gives the added benefit of the sun in the east over Golden Cap.

The composition requires care - and I was careful to keep the line of The Cobb literally just below the distant horizon. A long exposure gave a silky calm fell to the sea
