Marlow Camera Club Competition: The Power of Lines.

This is the first competition of the 2021/22 season. I wanted to shoot new material for this rather than trying to 'shoe-horn' an existing image into the brief

My initial thoughts were not surprisingly around 'leading lines' so I took a trip into my nearest town, High Wycombe, for some urban shots. There should be plenty of straight lines in an urban area, right?

I headed for the Bucks University, the main building of which has a beautiful, shimmering blue reflective finish. There's also walkways, columns and geometric lines galore. Here are some of the images:
